What is your return policy?
CN Apparel is always happy to exchange damage or incorrect items that you receives, as long as the item(s) are returned in a unused condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels) within 10 days from the date of purchase

Please be advised, however, that the following item(s) cannot be returned:

Swimwear/Masks/Some innerwear due to hygiene reasons
Dirty items or items washed at least once
Items without their original packaging or with damaged packaging
Your items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase​. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking will be sent to you in 24 hours
CN Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
CN Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
Our courier for Domestic and International Shipping may vary.
What are the payment options?
We accept major credit card and debit cards as payment for your online purchase. You can also pay through Paypal and Gcash for your purchase. Payment information will be on the check out menu.
Do you process orders from Instagram?
Yes, we process orders that came from our social media accounts.
